Introduction

HuuMy Organization built QR Creator as a free mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected when you use the app, how that data is used, and what choices you have.

By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We do not require account registration to use core QR features. However, some information may be collected automatically by the app and third-party services.

Data that may be collected includes:

• Device information (model, OS version, language, app version)
• Advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / IDFA)
• Approximate location inferred from IP address
• App usage and diagnostic data (for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and service reliability)

If you contact us directly (for example by email), we may receive the information you provide in that message.

Advertising (Google Ads and Unity Ads)

The app displays ads using third-party ad partners, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Unity Ads (via mediation).

These partners may collect and process data to deliver and measure ads, limit ad fraud and abuse, and personalize ads where permitted by law and your device settings.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, we use the App Tracking Transparency framework. Where required, the app asks for permission before using data for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings.

NFC and Locally Stored Content

When you use the NFC feature, QR Creator reads or writes NDEF data only after you start an NFC action. NFC payloads may contain URLs, text, Wi-Fi information, contact details, event data, or other content stored on the NFC tag.

When a readable NFC payload is obtained or content is successfully written to a tag, the payload may be saved automatically in the app's NFC history. This history is stored locally on your device using the app's local storage and is not uploaded to QR Creator's servers by the app.

You can delete saved NFC history from within the app. Older history items may be automatically removed when the local history limit is reached.

If you choose Copy, Share, or Create QR, the selected content may be placed on the clipboard, passed to the system share sheet or another app, or encoded into a QR code. Third-party apps receiving shared content handle it according to their own privacy policies. Do not write or share sensitive information unless you intend to do so.

NFC functionality is optional and is used only when you start an NFC action. Devices without compatible NFC hardware cannot use this feature.

In-App Purchases (Planned)

We may offer in-app purchases in future versions. If enabled, payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

Legal Bases and Your Choices

Depending on your region, processing may rely on consent (where required), legitimate interests (service operation, security, fraud prevention), and compliance with legal obligations.

You can manage privacy choices through device settings (ad personalization / limit ad tracking), app permissions in OS settings, and consent prompts shown in the app where applicable.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, and security obligations. Third-party partners may retain data under their own policies.

Data Sharing

We may share data with service providers and partners that help us operate the app, including ad and analytics infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. When this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
